Physically, just taking small walks every once and a while and cutting down on sugary drinks gradually made me feel cleaner and generally more confident about the way I looked and felt. I think what was going on with me was depression psychologically - my inward feelings about life and myself were interfering with my outward appearance and made it that much worse. I’m not saying that this is happening with you, but it was something that was happening with me and may be something to consider.</p> <p>If that’s the case, if you ever need help, it’s always there. People will understand how you feel and can also improve how you feel about yourself. Ultimately, your self image stems from your confidence and if you’re confident that you can overcome your stigma, then your bad feelings will eventually dissipate,  I promise.</p> <p>If you ever need encouragement, I’ll always be here and I hope I helped you feel a little better about this and maybe get some answers.
